Dave's Lettering Styles with Graphic Design

I love to create my own cool Dave lettering.

When I create letters or text for a graphic design I'm working on, I try to balance the typography element to harmonize perfectly with the finished piece. The typography in a Cool Seagull graphic is a major component in the overall design. I love to use hand lettering in the designs I'm working on. This love must be a leftover from my sign painting and T-Shirt graphic days of times past. Those times were wonderful learning experiences to see how the use of typography and the role it played for those designs back then balanced everything so effectively. Yes, I love typography, graphic design and hand lettering!
